There WAS a building on top of it!-34 viewsUpdate: There was damage further down the cable. I spliced on to it but then found the additional damage. Dang thing made a monkey out of me! I'm going with wireless now! Further update: The wireless route was also problematic. Ack! So, I yanked ALL the old wire and pulled in new... and it WORKS! Finally.
